RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE AND IN-CLINIC PURCHASES ONLY

The Sandra Velandia Team hope you are happy with your products but if you made a mistake with your purchase or you would like to have a refund or exchange we are happy to help you. 

  • Products – We accept returns and refunds within 6-10 days of purchase. The product must be in its original, unopened condition and unused. This policy applies to both online and in-clinic purchases.

  • If you made an error while ordering online, please contact us at info@sandravelandia.com for return and refund approval. If your request is approved, you have 6-10 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your products have been used or opened, your product cannot be accepted for return.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt and the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • No refunds on shipping, and credit card processing fees.

  • Shipping - You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for both delivery and return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any previously waived shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Service - NO REFUNDS.

WHERE DOES SANDRA VELANDIA SHIPS TO

Sandra Velandia ships exclusively to the United States only, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not yet ship internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order ships from our clinic in NY within 3-5 business days after making your purchase.

SHIPPING TIME

All of our orders are shipped priority mail, based on your location expect your package to arrive from 3-7 business days.

PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS SHIPPING TIME

After placing your pre-ordered product(s), please allow 14–30 business days for shipping and delivery, depending on your location. This timeframe allows us sufficient time to process and order your items, as some of our products are sourced internationally.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information and link.

LOST PACKAGE?
