Directions for use: Take two capsules twice times daily, with water, after food, or as recommended by your health professional.

Active ingredients per hard capsule: Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) extract dry concentrate 100 mg, derived from dry leaf and flower 1 g; Rehmannia glutinosa extract dry concentrate 100mg, derived from dry root 1 g; Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 37.5 mg, derived from dry herb top flowering 750 mg, Rhodiola Rosea (Roseroot) extract dry concentrate 100 mg, derived from the dry root 800 mg standardized to rosavin 3 mg; Piper nigrum (Black pepper) 100 micrograms, derived from dry fruit 5 mg; Undaria pinnatifida (Mekabu seaweed) extract dry concentrate 25 mg, derived from dry whole plant 300 mg, standardized to fucoidan 12.5 mg.
