Wetter Than Water™ uses a unique blend of carrier and wetting agents, which help it permeate and saturate the epidermis, providing an instant  “drink” to quench dehydrated skin. This emulsion maintains superior moisture and beneficial nutrients that increase volume, reduce inflammation, and provide antioxidant, free radical scavenging, and immune-boosting benefits. 

How to Apply: After cleansing, close your eyes and spray your face with Wetter Than WaterTM before applying other products. EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dry, light-protected location. Keep out of reach of children.
